Sprint today confirmed their exclusive on the Palm Pre runs through 2009. The response was in large part due to quotes from Verizon's Chief Executive Lowell McAdam how exclaimed Verizon would sell the Palm Pre in the next six months, putting a Verizon Palm Pre on shelves in time for the all important 2009 holiday season. According to Sprint, their exclusive runs through 2009.

"We have the Pre through 2009," said spokesman James Fisher. 

Expect the Verizon Palm Pre to find it's way to shelves sometime early in 2010. AT&T might be next in line to release a webOS device, with the rumored Palm Eos.
