Palm Pre Banner Shows Up On Best Buy Website

A Sprint/Palm Pre banner appears today on Best Buy's mobile website. The banner does not link to specific page on Best Buy's website, nor does it link to Sprint's website. Best Buy doesn't offer advertising, so it appears clear to us that Best Buy will indeed be carrying the Palm Pre.

Of course, we are no closer to a release date, but the continued rollout of advertising is an encouraging sign. It's not clear if the rumor regarding a Best Buy trial is true, nor do we have more information on stock.

this banner only seems to come up when a search is done for palm pre and not navigating through the mobile store.
