This started happening to me. I tried the solution of putting the paper up top, and it just made a bad problem worse. So I exchanged the battery for one that fit in much more snug.
Problem came back 1 day later.
I should have my replacement Pre today. I recommend all of you exchange it as well. No reason to have a bad phone after 2 weeks. |
