I am ready to throw this phone out the window. I just left Sprint after spending over an hour there. The manager finally gave up and said he gave me a soft reset, fine inbox is empty. But I come home to sync all my information off my computer and low and behold I can't do it for the life of me. As I can recall when I first bought the phone on launch day I just plugged it up to the computer and all my contacts and info loaded on my phone. Now when I plug up the usb and try to sync media something comes up for Iphone. Keep in mind I am electronically illiterate, but I do remember coming home and bam everything loaded up. Please help, before I kill this phone. |
