I just got one too, good stuff. I love not having to worry about little bumps. It also gives it the slightest grip, so I don't always feel like I'm going to drop it.
However, I did manage to get one little tiny black speck of dirt underneath it (argh! I'll try not to let it bother me...). Also, and I don't know if this is because of how I initially peeled the skin off, but there are a couple of horizontal crease/fold lines in the skin. Luckily they sent me two, so I might just do the second one and see if I can do a better job.
I also noticed these tiny (4mm long?) vertical rainbow lines that other people are talking about in the crackberry forums, and which are supposedly due to a bad batch. Anyone else see those?

I had the rainbow effect when I first put it on( the screen was still wet) but after waiting the alotted time it dried and now more vertical rainbow.

Dang, I luv your avatar luv, but I have to slide the left side of the browser off the screen, just in case my boss walks by... (very clever use of the wave too.. how'd you orange-sym-s that while holding up the wave? )

anyway -- my Phantom's been dry for 3 days and these rainbows don't seem to be a moisture issue. I think I know the rainbows you're talking about -- I had those the first few hours after application. But these are different.. Tiny little "scars".. no biggie, but noticeable.

Thanks!!! It got me real psyched about training camp. Can't wait till kickoff!!! I had to raise the wave because it was blocking the Giants Cap... And yes when screenshotting(word??) just keep the wave up...

Sounds like there was a bad batch. The horizontal lines are normal but the vertical ones shouldn't be...

I had mine on now for about 2 weeks and it still looks like new. No scratches and I can lay it down almost anywhere without worrying about it. Great product!!!

Does it feel like the original plastic that came with the pre and will it provide more grip? My palms tend to get a bit sweaty in the summer so something with more grip will help me secure the hold of my pre.

It does feel like the original plastic. The only time you know it's a film is when you you put your nail to it. Since I have a Seidio cover, the skin is only on the front. I can't say that it gives more grip, seems the same to me.
