I'm guessing they fixed it? I know they pulled them from the shelves due to problems with the phones falling out.

Was just getting ready to say that. I bought one and my Pre started to fall out before I left the store. I gave it back and got a case. I love the concept though.

idunno that i care for it. Plastic case against plastic phone is not a good combination. Anybody who ever had an Agent 18 on an iPhone v1 or iPhone 3G would agree. When dust and dirt gets in the case it causes nasty hairline scratches all over the phone.

I had the case and returned it, I did not like the feel of the case it always felt like the Pre was going to fall out and why have a clear front unless the screen will face out. But the Pre will not fit correctly if the screen faces out. Maybe it is just me but I don't think everyone around the table was thinking during the design phase for this case.

I bought two of them for both my Pre's. I think their a horrible design. Good idea but the phone does not sit in securely and the top comes open quit easily so the phone bounces around inside. You run a huge risk of scratching your phone or it falling out when the top pops open.

Just my 2 cents

I like the design and my Pre is very secure in there. I threw the case with the Pre inside all around my house to make sure it's secure. It held the Pre everytime. Works for me.
