Can the quick launch icons be altered?

I want to remove the Calendar from the quick launch at the main menu, and have the option to put something else there (i.e. Pandora or an internet link).

I've tried dragging the Pandora icon into that area to no avail, and also tried to go through the preferences but couldn't find it. I imagine/hope it can be done?

yes it can you can just open the launcher, and then drag an icon out to the launcher. and vice versa.. drag one back into the launcher. only room for the 4 i blieve (plus launcher icon)

Try moving the calendar to the launcher than pandora to the quick launch, thats what i did to move the web instead of contacts.

I gotcha, makes sense (and it worked).

Can the regular launcher icons be rearranged? Let's say I use 1 from the first menu, 2 from the second menu, and 1 from the third menu all the time. Is there a way to create a 4th launcher "area" where I can store all my commonly used applications?

Going to answer myself here as I just played around with it...I don't see a way to create a 4th area, but the icons can be rearranged within the 3 areas by just dragging and dropping them. It's going to take a while though lol

HELP!!! I can't seem to be able to drag any of the icons anywhere. I selected the launcher, but I can't drag an icon from the Quick Launch into the Launcher Page above and visa versa. What am I doing wrong?

Problem Solved. Go to the link below. It describes how you have to hold your finger for a second over the icon to highlight it before moving it.
