There is a Google Application that will sync your Google Calendar to your Outlook Calendar. You can download it here (among other places, but this is one spot you can get it)
http://google-calendar-sync.en.softonic.com/
Once you install it, you can choose to sync 2 ways or one way. To get the stuff you added into Google back onto your Outlook, run it to sync FROM Google TO Outloook.
Then, once that is done, tell PocketMirror to synch w/ the Pre and it should put them on the Outlook Calendar on the Pre.
If you want to not use Google at all from that point on, you can open the accounts/ preferences section of the calendar and remove the Google Calendar entirely and set the Pre's default calendar to Outlook. Then synching between the Pre and your computer's Outlook should be all you need. I was only using Google b/c PocketMirror hadn't been released yet.
Hope this makes sense and helps!
Oh- as far as the cost- this application has been available for PalmOS for a while, now, and costs $29.95. The version for WebOs is in beta (testing period) and right now, is free. I fully expect that eventually if you keep using it, that there will be a fee to purchase the app. Whether or not early adopters like us will get a discount, who knows? But I'd gladly pay 30 bucks to save me the hassle of using Google as a go-between.
And I don't use Windows Live Mail, but did find this tutorial on how to export contacts:
