Default Pre synch with Outlook thru an Exchange server

Just so I am clear here. I read below that if my employere has an Exchange Server, then I should be able to sync email, tasks, contacts & calender over the air through the Exchange server. (same as I do on my Treo 700w)

That would be good but on my Treo 700w I am unable to sync Outlook Notes thru the Exchange server and must use Chapura Pocket Mirror Professional. What do you think will happen with Outlook Notes on the Pre?

I understand that for the Pre; Data Viz has announced that they will offer synchnronization of Word, Excel, Power Point files. How will I be able to view & edit those files if the Pre does not have windows or MS Office apps on board? Does the Data VIz file sync application also allow me to view & edit files on the Pre?

I have a Windows Vista Ultimate SP2 with Office 2007 SP2 that comes with Outlook 2007 , ok.

These big software package include or not a simple way to sync with Outlook using Palm Pre to my PC?

Because with Palm Os you have 2 options Outlook and Palm desktop No problems with these two options, right.

In a simple answer ( not an essay and this it not for you) , if you don´t mind please would you answer, Yes or would you give us a simple solution.

Sorry I am just a simple MBA not a computer tech.
Thanks
