    You couldn't have properly doctored the phone it erases EVERYTHING.
    IIRC that string is in a css file somewhere.

    Your going to have to do some research on replacing the file and the location or run webos doctor.

    Upon further investigation I realized that I had my phone plugged into an underpowered usb port. Moved to another port and ran WebOSDoctor. Problem fixed.
