Can't change ringtone I can not change my ringtone no matter how many times I have tried. Does the phone need replaced?:dft006:upset
What steps are you taking in order to attempt to change the ring tone? Should be going to Sounds and Ringtones, Tap on the current Ringtone, tap on the ringtone you trying to set it to. You should see a little blue check mark appear on the same line indicating that the ringtone has been selected. So don't play the ringtone, just tap on the line so the check mark appears. I guess if that doesn't help then yeah... probably time to have someone from Sprint take a look. Hope this helps Tiana
You might try, after selecting the ring tone you want [you'll see the title and the check mark], gesturing back a page before closing.
