Cant preview ringtones since 1.4 update Guys, New Pre owner here. I have done a little researching and have found im not the only one with an issue. http://forums.palm.com/t5/webOS-Sof...6;jsessionid=5462F66DF34848DB06D7B8090871335B I have attempted the OS Doctor however it never detects my phone in the USB port so I cant really continue. In the doctor is says if I see a certain screen (that I do) that I do not need to use the doctor. I go and tap on the ringtones but they do not play. No progress bar or anything. I hear a ring when someone calls but no preview. I can change the ringtone by placing the checkmark elsewhere but I just cannot preview. Any ideas besides the OS doctor? Thanks, Michael
