I love my Palm Prē Boomer! The customer service and support is awesome from start. To me it's very easy to use. I like the feel and overall look of my Pre. I treat my Pre as if it was my own child. Lol. Seriously. The syncing I though was pretty cool. Sync's easilly. I really like the slide capability to throw away any unwanted cards etc. The calendar is awesome. It's an awesome tool for a buisiness man or a soccer mom. Along with the notepapd. Love the facebook upgrade too. Under my contacts_ just happened to reallize that it shows your friends birthdays too. That is a def A-plus. I like playing with the symbol key alot...¡†'š fún ±º use! What can I say...i learn something new everyday with my palm. I even gave my palm a cool name-ßoomer. Lol. My b-day just passed and the case would have been a great gift. Like all the colors. But since it's summer, I think ßoomer would have chose the yellow case. Have a great day palm prē people.
