For PRE : My tether app v 2.0.0

IT IS AN APP WITH $10 DONATION AND SUPPORT
    http://mytether.net/

    MORE INSTRUCTIONS AT
    http://palmpre-hacks.com/palm-pre-hacks/how-to-hacktether-palm-pre-into-a-wifi-router/

This site has wi fi and usb tethering options info and a lot of screenshots and it is related to http://mytether.net/

I will take this Chris message from the front page:
Note: Sprint likely does not condone using the wireless connection on your phone for tethering. Proceed with caution as any notable increase in data usage could result in termination of your contract and/or charges.

although ALL INSTRUCTIONS ARE ON THESE WEB SITES, IF YOU ARE NOT PREPARED TO DO IT, YOU NEED A PROGRAMMER/DEVELOPER HELP FOR INSTALLING IT CORRECTLY OR ASK FOR SUPPORT DIRECTLY TO THE AUTHOR OF THIS APP

Do you still need to root your Pre or can you just install in developer mode?

This is an other way to tether using the same MY TETHER app. This video was made by the author of the app, as well.

this is a great app..... not sure about the whole usage thing, and how someone could get into trouble for using it.
