I've had really good luck with format factory 1.7...I've been able to convert high quality DVD....set up 480x320, FPS 30, Bitrate 1024, video encode H256......when i upgraded to v1.9...i wasn't able to get good quality DVD anymore...try 1.7.....they look as good or better then the have fun video
I have a H.264 file, about 7 minutes duration, how can I view it on my pre? Also, I have a 3.5M jpg image I worked up in photoshop, it's all pixelated and ineligible. I rose the quality size to 3.5M, and it didn't help. Is there some size that I need to adjust it to?

I've tried to drop it in the main window - I've transferred tons of photo's in the dmci(?) 100 folders - and I've tried to place that h.264 in the main, and in different folders... I'm just not sure where to place it. I wish I could show you what I'm looking at, (windows xp- pre>window) thanks for your help.
Connect your USB accessorie to Pre and then to your computer a window will pop up on your computer. Open your window where your h.264 file is on your computer Drag and drop it to the Pre window opened on your computer Close it and disconnect Pre from your computer . Unplug your USB accesorie from Pre. Find your video on your Pre
