Help! USB Connection Problem!

    Help! USB Connection Problem!

    I KNOW this is a stupid matter, but my last phone was a Treo680. My brand new Palm Pre Plus is a beauty, but I'm about to be permanently shut out due to an INABILITY TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO CONNECT MY USB charger!! I feel stupid but I need help! ASAP!!!     Just flip out the rubber cover of the micro usb connector , then find your usb cable plug in the AC base.

    After that just plug in the small usb to your Pre and then the AC base to the electricy wall plug.

    Believe it or not, it took me 2 hours and a 3am visit to the Palm Tech line before I got to that point. Duh.

    Maybe I should've stuck with my 680. :dft005:frazzled
