Limited Supply of Palm Touchstone That seems to be what I'm seeing, not only my personal experience, but around the web today. If you are on the fence about getting a Touchstone, you might want to grab one if they have stock. I was 2nd in line today and they sold out while I was there. I bought 3, but there were only 10-15 people in store I was at...
I'd agree, couldn't find one for the life of me. My sprint store only had 6, and the other one ordered 10 but didn't get them there on "Back Order". Edit: Just found one, there holding it for me the last one! w00t. But again defiantly a shortage.
I got one and it came without USB cord so you need the one the Pre came with this should have it's own cord would you think this is Dumb.
Yeah...and you took 1 of mine...I was the 1st one on-line :tounge:. Acutally, it was the sales person fault...he grabbed a wrong box. It's all good...I will be getting one in the mail on Monday. It was nice meeting you and I love this site.
Ended up getting the Touchstone from the place that held it for me. Kinda stupid that it doesn't come with a cord. The USB cords just arn't very long if you ask me. SO I have the one that came from my car charger and the one that came with the phone itself. Also the touchstone WILL NOT charge via USB (you need to use a wall outlet) that sucks... I wonder if I can use a USB extension cord.
It is ridicolous that they don't come with another cord to hook it into the wall. I bought it because I wanted to have 2 chargers. Now I have to go buy another AC thing. They should tell you that it is not included when you buy it.
We have 2 at our store...at least we did last time I was there. (part time @ Best Buy) If we still have them and someone really wants one I can get them (at reg price) and ship them at your expense. Just throwing it out there for those who crave to have the first of everything
