Palm bought me a Palm Pre on Friday

I have been trading PALM stock for the last couple of days and well I have made more than enough to pay for a new Palm Pre. Thank you PALM! Now if I can just get you to release the phone. I have my money and I'm more than ready to spend it. Made enough to buy the whole family Palm Pre's as well. Looking for an really early christmas present.

I realy missed the opportunity of buying Palm stock back when it was under $2. I wish i knew how then. I really just did not know how to buy.

I wanted to buy Palm stock but I was broke as a mofo. So I bought Ford stock instead. lol.

Bought some Palm stock a while ago on my virtual account at VSE Marketwatch. Can't check it at the moment, since its servers are bein' weird.

Suppose I wanted to buy Palm stock right now... what should I do?

Go to a place like E-Trade and get an account??

- Please understand I'm not asking for stock tips, just advice about the best and lease expensive (as in a service) to go about buying stocks <?>

I lost $500 on Palm stock before the split several years ago....
I think Palm owes me a new pre!

There are several brokers who will charge from from $3 up to $7 per transaction. I'm using Tradeking.com and then there is sogotrade.com
depending upon what kind of trader are you take your pick.

I'm kicking myself for not buying stock in January when I had considered it.
The stock price has gone up 300%.

Apple has something huge up it's sleeve judging by the ginormous part orders its placing (according to Chinese trade papers).

Be ready to pull that Palm money back out if the Pre's release date isn't officially announced within the next couple weeks.. they drag their heels much longer and Apple is gonna do a Riverdance on Palm's tombstone come June.

AAAH, don't remind me. I was so close to buying a few thousand dollars worth of Palm stock in December, back at $1.50, but decided I couldn't justify the risk (which at the time was huge) and held off. In January, it was at $4, and I decided (stupidly, of course) that it probably had already went up as much as it already would until the release date. When it reached 8 or 9 in one week, but then backed down to $7.50, I finally decided to get in on it, (obviously less shares than I'd have bought at $1.50) and so right now I've made a few hundred dollars, but really, I'm kicking myself so badly for not going with my gut instinct back in December.

Don’t loose faith brother!! The Pre is coming... We may not be able to force an early release, but we cant stop it... All we can to is bask it the glory of the Preeminent all magnificent soon to be released:

Well since we're not talking about my money anymore, I'd say they hit at least 12 dollars. (PALM is at 9 right now).

Your endless cache of enthusiasm will keep me propped up for a couple more weeks.. if there's no official release date announced by then I'll officially be bummed

The same thing happen to me. I decided to use the money to pay student loans because i didn't think it was going to make any profit.... After doing some calculations when it was at 1.50 and what its worth currently... I would have made enough to pay a big piece of my student loans... but after a few days of a depressed look, i got over it and realize ill be happy when it get the pre.
