After going in to the Sprint store two times previous, the third time I was able to talk to the tech, and he said he had seen the problem before and gave me a new phone. This one the build seems much better, tighter, and overall a lot better quality. I've had no shut off issues for two days now. He also gave me the back side part of the case that is for the toushstone for my troubles!
That's encouraging! I hope I have the same experience! I'm starting to have other annoying problems with the phone, too, so will be glad to trade it in.

I was in one of our corporate stores hire in Kansas and I was told the same thing, by a Sprint Rep... Palm knows about it and they are working on it, i hope the fix is not return and replace, that would really suck... Glad I was not the only one
