I agree. Not only that, filecoaster (as I understand it) doesn't do post installation scripts, which means many of the custom apps that need that (themes included) will not properly install using it.
You should really check out PreWare if not Quick Install, it's really a superior project (and I had no hand in its creation haha)

Nah, as long as you have Java on your PC (the latest) you should be fine. It needs Webos Doctor as well, but it even downloads that for you if it doesn't detect it.

I just booted up the app, it shows 34 available themes, which is right on. There's 35 themes on the site, and I have
Android Prefection installed so it won't show as available
