Microsoft’s Brandon Watson, who is the director of developer experience for Windows Phone, has reached out to published webOS developers offering everything from free phones to training and dev tools. Makes sense to me. Windows Mobile will be keen to be the secured ‘no.3′ in the market & no one more dedicated out there than webOS developers to help it along
